Cellared Beer?

Cellared Beer?

Everyone knows that red wine improves with age.  But beer?  Well, there's a growing trend in the beer world of experimenting with aged beer.  I just read recently about a "vertical tasting" over at a Vancouver Island brewery of three years of a particular beer!

Here is an interesting story our member, Ronald, found on this crazy new phenomenon.
